Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, enjoying its peaceful atmosphere and beautifully designed architecture. My room was spacious and comfortable, with excellent service from the staff, particularly during breakfast. However, I did notice some minor issues with the dining experience, as there were limitations on the all-inclusive menu, and not all items were available, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, it’s a great choice if you're looking for comfort and tranquility just outside Marrakech.
My stay at the hotel was far from what I expected. While the location was nice, I faced several serious issues during my visit. The rooms had a persistent musty smell and I encountered cockroaches, which was incredibly off-putting. Services like room maintenance were lacking, and the dining experiences didn’t live up to a 5-star standard. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
My stay was a mixed bag; while the grounds were beautiful and the staff tried to be accommodating, the overall experience was marred by slow service and the need for renovation. The location offered a quiet escape, but the dining could definitely be improved. Overall, it felt like the hotel has great potential, but I wouldn’t call it a true luxury experience.
We had an overall pleasant stay at the Palmeraie Palace Marrakech, enjoying the beautiful grounds and attentive staff. The rooms were spacious and well-kept, but we encountered some issues with the dining and service, particularly with language barriers and limited menu options. The location was nice, offering a serene environment, but it was a bit distant from the city center. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway, this resort has potential, though it may need some updates.
